The Bush Mansion located at Prescott Place in Marble Cliff Ohio, is a 1907 Dutch Colonial style home. J Tuttle remodeling divided the 10,000 square foot home into two condominiums, one 6,000 and one 4,000 square foot. We added two three car garages on each end of the original house. The interior has been re-framed to accommodate an open and more modern floor plan. The more than 1.5 miles of trim was custom milled to the historic profile originally found in the home. The original doors were replaced with 1.75" thick cherry doors which are eight foot tall on the first floor and seven foot tall on the second, the third floor utilized the original doors. This project has brought notoriety to our company. It has been on the cover of the business section of The Columbus Dispatch, a four page article in Columbus monthly, and number one condo project in Business First's Book of Lists 2006.
